Production Operator

We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team at CodeForce. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate production of our fertilizer products.
Key Responsibilities:
Mixing and Blending:
- Ensure all mixing and blending equipment is cleaned and calibrated prior to use.
- Combine and mix raw materials to produce high-quality fertilizer products.
- Monitor and maintain blending tanks and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and report any issues with raw materials or processing machinery.
Bottling:
- Operate and maintain bottling equipment, including line heads and fillers.
- Ensure bottles are free from defects and meet company standards.
- Set up and run bottling lines, including problem-solving and troubleshooting.
Capping:
- Operate and maintain capping machines on lines 1 through 4.
- Ensure lids and seals are tight and properly sealed.
- Verify that Unifoiler is properly set up and foil seals are 100% sealed.
Labeling:
- Ensure labels are free from defects and image distortion.
- Verify proper label application to bottles for alignment and wrinkling.
- Set up and adjust labeling machines on lines 1 through 4.
Lot Code Printer:
- Ensure lot and date code printer is working properly.
- Verify that codes are legible and accurate.
- Confirm with Lead that all information is correct.
Packaging:
- Place filled and sealed products in boxes.
- Ensure boxes are filled with the correct quantity and product.
- Verify that lot and date codes are on all finished products.
Box Taper:
- Secure finished goods in case boxes.
- Slide case boxes through the box taper to secure finished goods.
- Verify that printer is working properly and date/lot code matches the product.
Palletizing:
- Ensure pallets are safe for use and free from defects.
- Place boxes in neat stacks on pallets using predetermined patterns and counts.
- Verify that broken or defective boxes of product do not make it onto finished pallets.
Quality Control:
- Perform quality control procedures and safety checks on production lines.
- Identify product or packaging defects.
Housekeeping:
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Ensure all material spilled on, under, or around production equipment and workspaces is cleaned during downtime and at the end of each day.
- Clean, rinse, and sterilize equipment prior to each new batch and end of shift.
General:
- Regular attendance and timeliness.
- Perform all other duties or tasks as assigned by supervisor.
