**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for maintaining office systems, providing exceptional customer service, and supervising support staff.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer operational procedures for accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventory control, and customer service.
- Manage an automated, customer-driven office with a small team of customer service professionals.
- Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly analytics and reporting.
- Ensure accurate financial records and maintain high performance ratings regarding customer service surveys.
- Maintain a disciplined and detailed accounts receivable process.
- Assist in other areas and/or departments as requested.
- Manage personnel handling front-line contact responsibilities with customers.
- Communicate effectively with associates, managers, customers, and vendors.
- Create an environment of trust by promoting open and honest communication.
**Requirements**
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficiency in using computers, with expertise in MS Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret purchase orders, packing slips, shipping documents, and company-generated reports.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented approach.
- Ability to lead and motivate by example.
