The Pohanka Automotive Group of Capitol Heights, Maryland invites high-school students to participate in a unique 4-day internship program, offering a comprehensive overview of the automotive industry.
During this immersive experience, you will have the opportunity to rotate through various departments, including Service, Parts, Sales, Accounting, Finance, and Management. You will assist team members with daily operations, shadow experienced professionals, and work on assigned tasks and projects that align with your interests.
As a participant in this program, you will gain valuable insights into the history of the Pohanka Automotive Group, from its humble beginnings as a single repair facility in 1919 to its current status as a 20-dealership group with over 14 brands. You will also learn about the history and products of Honda, Hyundai, and Volkswagen.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to explore career possibilities within the automotive industry and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will have the chance to network with successful professionals, develop new skills, and build a strong foundation for your future career.
