Key Responsibilities:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with various technical teams to produce proposals, advertisements, event materials, presentations, social media content, and general graphic support. Your creativity will be essential as you utilize Adobe Creative Cloud software (with a focus on InDesign), AI tools, and CRM systems, collaborating with our technical staff.

This role provides the opportunity to grow alongside the company as we incorporate AI and advanced technologies into our operations.

Essential Duties:
- Develop compelling proposals using both technical and non-technical writing, graphics, and visually appealing layouts.
- Work independently while receiving guidance from the Department Manager or Senior Marketing Coordinator.
- Prepare proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) in accordance with our Quality Control Plan.
- Maintain and organize information regarding the project experience of the firm and its personnel to support business development strategies.
- Keep updated personnel resumes that document educational achievements, professional development, and project experience, including client references.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Oversee inventory of marketing materials and equipment for presentations and meetings.
- Create and maintain content for social media, internal communications, advertisements, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure confidentiality of client and company information.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of four years of experience in marketing communications, preferably in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction (AEC) sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, is preferred.
- Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively and produce high-quality work under tight deadlines.

Physical and Other Requirements:
- Must be able to work seated for extended periods and manage a full-time workload.
- Valid driver's license is required.
