Job Title: Front Desk Agent

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Westgate Resorts. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently register guests, assign rooms, and provide necessary instructions.
  • Communication: Manage telephone communications, transmit and receive messages professionally, and offer assistance with inquiries.
  • Room Management: Maintain up-to-date records of room availability and guest accounts for efficient management.
  • Billing and Payments: Handle billing procedures, including computing bills, collecting payments, and providing change.
  • Reservations: Take reservations and confirm bookings promptly and accurately.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Conduct nightly bucket checks to ensure guest satisfaction and comfort.
Requirements:
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service skills and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 15lbs and stand for long periods of time.
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
