Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at The Melting Pot. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences and promoting our wine and food products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with guests to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Suggestively sell wine and food products to enhance the guest experience.
  • Follow established service sequences and standards to ensure efficient and effective service.
  • Serve products according to our procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism and hospitality.
  • Comply with local laws and regulations regarding alcoholic beverages.
  • Accurately account for all products served and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service and making their dining experience special.
  • Perform opening, running, and closing sidework assignments as required.
