Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Principal Product Manager (Tech) to join our team at Amazon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and launching innovative financial services products that meet the needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Own the development of leasing products for a car buying experience on Amazon.
- Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
- Closely cooperate with our tech team on building the overall product roadmap, and manage prioritization and trade-offs against developer experience, customer experience, and time to market.
- Lead development of specifications and requirements for key components of new automotive discovery & shopping experiences.
- Write product documents and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business, design and development teams.
We are a newly formed team with a vision to create innovative automotive discovery and shopping experiences on Amazon, providing customers better convenience and more selection. We're collaborating with other experienced teams at Amazon to define the future of how customers research and shop for cars online.
Basic Qualifications- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements.
- Experience with end to end product delivery.
- Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience technical product management.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience with financial products (lending/leasing/insurance) as a Product Manager.
- Minimum 2 years of Product Manager-Tech experience in Amazon.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $161,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $279,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
