Job Description

Lunit, a pioneering medical AI software company, is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our innovative healthcare solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute product strategies that drive business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, clinical, regulatory, and sales
  • Prioritize initiatives based on market needs, customer feedback, and technical feasibility
  • Define key metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvements
  • Lead the go-to-market strategy for product launches, coordinating with marketing and sales to drive product adoption and revenue growth

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in healthcare or health tech
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing AI or software-based products in regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of planning and implementing quality management processes within SaMD and healthcare software development or medical devices
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in leveraging data to inform decisions and prioritize product features and improvements
  • Strong business-level English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML-based healthcare solutions or diagnostics products
  • Strong understanding of global regulatory frameworks (FDA, CE, MDR) for SaMD products
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy regulations (such as HIPAA, GDPR)

Compensation:

$140,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience
