OVERVIEW:
The ideal candidate should be capable of comprehending and effectively communicating the safety, quality, and performance objectives related to the product and/or process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adhere to all safety protocols within the Production Department.
Utilize hand and power tools, controls, and other equipment as specified by the work instructions.
Comply with all Quality standards as outlined by the Quality Department.
Prepare for tasks by reviewing work instructions and confirming that the correct components are available at the start of each shift.
Assemble parts by following the designated work instructions for the assigned station.Verify specifications by measuring completed components as necessary.
Address assembly issues by informing the supervisor or designated personnel.
Maintain a safe and organized workspace by following 6S procedures, rules, and regulations.
Optimize resource usage by employing equipment and materials effectively to achieve job outcomes.
Contribute to team success by achieving related objectives as required.
Additional Responsibilities:
Assembly of sunroofs and related components. Always adhere to assigned work instructions and safety guidelines.
IATF 16949/ ISO14001 / ISO 45001 COMMITMENTS:
The responsibilities related to IATF16949 and ISO14001 outlined below are mandatory for this role.
Comply with all IATF16949 (Quality) / ISO14001 (Environmental) / ISO Health & Safety) procedures pertinent to the operations department.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
LANGUAGE ABILITIES:
Ability to read and follow process instructions. Work from both written and verbal instructions in English.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Consistent attendance, capability to work collaboratively in a team setting, and attention to detail are essential.
Must be able to visually identify all tools and materials necessary for the tasks performed and inspect parts for defects and color accuracy.
Proficiency in operating common hand and power tools safely and effectively is required.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
