Assembly Technician

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team at Inalfa Roof Systems. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in the development of roof systems for future car models.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all safety requirements for the Production Department
• Operate hand and power tools, controls, and other devices as determined by the work instructions
• Adhere to all Quality requirements as determined by the Quality Department
• Prepare work to be accomplished by reading working instructions and verifying correct parts are at the station at the beginning of each shift
• Assemble components by following the work instructions for the required station
• Verify specifications by measuring completed component as needed
• Resolve assembly problems by notifying supervisor or responsible personnel
• Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with 6S procedures, rules, and regulations
• Conserve resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to read and follow process instructions
• Work from both written and oral instructions in the English language
• Good attendance, ability to work in a team environment, and attention to detail
