We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to lead our dental office team. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to our dental office team, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives and exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with our Regional Manager to develop and implement effective business strategies, driving growth and profitability.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining the highest standards of patient care and data integrity.
  • Partner with our front office team to deliver exceptional patient experiences, including presenting post-exam consultations and financing options.
  • Recruit, select, and develop high-performing team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Manage labor costs and create weekly schedules for our team members, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency.

Requirements
  • Associates' degree or 5 years' management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word.
