Job Overview

Jefferson Dental and Orthodontics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our multi-specialty dental office. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring exceptional patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to the dental team, ensuring seamless execution of business objectives and clinical priorities
  • Collaborate with the Regional Manager to develop and implement strategies for office growth and improvement
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as high-quality patient care
  • Develop and manage team member schedules and labor costs, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Partner with the Recruiting team to identify and select high-performing candidates for open positions
  • Lead team member development, including training, coaching, and performance documentation

Requirements

  • Associates' degree or 5 years' management experience
  • Customer service experience
  • Intermediate Microsoft office proficiency, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Management Experience: 3 years (Required)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Dental office management experience, especially in a multi-specialty office, highly preferred
  • Knowledge of Dentrix and Dolphin dental software
  • CPR-BLS, RDA, or other related dental certifications
  • Spanish (Preferred)
