Role Summary

Under the guidance of the Director of Admissions, the Lead Enrollment Consultant will oversee the enrollment journey of prospective students, prioritizing exceptional customer service. This role is crucial in achieving both individual and departmental enrollment objectives.

The Lead Enrollment Consultant will also provide essential support to management and admissions personnel, offering insights and expertise in handling complex cases. This position will act as a vital link between Admissions, International Affairs, and other supporting departments.

Additionally, the candidate will assist in the training and onboarding of new team members, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Management:
  • Effectively manage a diverse pool of student leads using our Customer Relationship Management system.
  • Assist in completing the enrollment process for various student categories.
  • Deliver outstanding service to students and educational partners throughout the admissions journey.
  • Act as a knowledgeable resource for prospective students, addressing their inquiries and concerns.

2. Performance Metrics:
  • Achieve or surpass individual and departmental enrollment targets.
  • Provide regular updates on progress and identify areas for enhancement.

3. Management Support:
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Managers to facilitate team meetings and review departmental metrics.
  • Assist Enrollment Managers with various tasks to ensure departmental efficiency.
  • Work closely with the admissions management team to provide feedback on existing processes.
  • Collaborate on initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and enhancing the overall student experience.

4. Training and Onboarding:
  • Support Enrollment Managers in training and onboarding new admissions staff.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials and resources.

5. Process Improvement:
  • Work with the admissions management team to provide feedback on current processes.
  • Collaborate on initiatives to enhance efficiency and improve the overall student experience.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or recruiting preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant admissions experience preferred.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $23/hr-$25/hr, depending on experience.
