Key Responsibilities
  • Laundry Operations: Wash, dry, and fold linen to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular linen inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent shortages.
  • Quality Control: Inspect dirty laundry to identify stains, tears, and other damage, and treat accordingly.
  • Supply Chain Management: Stock shelves and housekeeping carts with clean, folded laundry to meet guest demand.
  • Communication: Notify supervisors of any damages, deficits, or disturbances in the laundry process.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in laundry operations or a related field preferred.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work well under pressure, and excellent communication skills.
