Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the Frisco Athletic Center, Heritage Center, or The Grove. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, guests, and program participants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service to all facility members, guests, and program participants
  • Train staff on facility policies and procedures
  • Notify customers of monies due for rentals and/or account renewals
  • Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries related to programs, facilities, services, and special events
  • Ensure facility and equipment are clean and maintained according to set standards and policy
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues as needed and monitor inventory
  • Enforce facility policies and ensure that all safety standards are strictly followed
  • Open and close assigned area according to established policies and procedures
  • Complete and maintain record-keeping paperwork, including incident reports, accident reports, waivers, work orders, repair logs, attendance records, invoices, and schedules
  • Assist the Management Team with on-boarding and performance evaluations
  • Assist with program, event, and membership marketing activities and outreach
  • Communicate with vendors and technicians as needed to report facility issues and provide recreation programming
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Two (2) years customer service or cashiering experience
  • Experience in related industry preferred
  • Must possess current CPR and First Aid Certification within three months from date of employment for working at the FAC
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and MVR check
  • May be required to possess a valid State of Texas Driver's License
Work Environment

This position will work in office, fitness center, and outdoor environments for the FAC and The Grove. Work may be performed in office, museum, historic buildings, and outdoor environments for the Heritage Center. May work extended hours, evenings, and weekends. May be subject to exposure to air and water borne pathogens, body fluids, and infectious diseases when applying CPR, First Aid, or cleaning facilities. May be subject to exposure to extreme weather conditions and hazardous driving conditions.
