Business Process Transformation Director

We seek a Business Process Transformation Director to lead the transformation of our clients' businesses through large-scale initiative implementations.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with business process owners to define requirements and configure systems.
  • Lead and guide a team of business analysts and other project team members.
  • Manage risks and escalate potential impact on the broader project.
  • Report progress to stakeholders.

Must-Haves:

  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in technology implementations and budget management.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Salary Estimate:$100,000 - $130,000 per year

Preferred Location:Knoxville, TN area
