Community Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Office Director to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As a key member of our community's operations, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our business office.
Key Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining and overseeing specific processes for the collection and maintenance of resident data.
- Responsibly managing and supervising all front desk/clerical personnel.
- Assisting the Executive Director with managing the community's operation.
In addition to these key responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform other duties as needed and assigned.
The estimated salary for this position is around $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in business office management, finance, or accounting.
- Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
