To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a valid driver's license, a state plumbing license, and effective communication and customer service skills.

**Responsibilities:**

* Provide solutions to residential and commercial plumbing and drain problems.
* Diagnose problems and provide cost estimates to close the sale.
* Make necessary repairs.
* Document estimates and invoices, both in writing and on provided smartphone.
* Collect payment and move on to the next service call.

**Requirements:**

* Valid driver's license
* State plumbing license
* Effective communication and customer service skills
