Field Service Installer

Located in Tualatin, OR

Salary: $23-$24

We're seeking a skilled Field Service Installer to join our team. As a Field Service Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining equipment in our pantry markets.

Duties:

  • Perform onsite market installations, upgrades, and removals of equipment
  • Move and install coolers, shelving units, kiosks, and other equipment
  • Maintain inventory at the warehouse for market equipment and parts
  • Inspect failing equipment and make necessary adjustments or replacements
  • Schedule service requests with third-party repair technicians
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment in the field
  • Perform account location inspections and equipment audits to ensure company standards are met
  • Complete audit paperwork and submit for review
  • Handle calls from Route Drivers regarding equipment malfunctions

Qualifications:

  • Dependable, detail-oriented, and good communication skills with customers
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Experience working with computers
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to use appropriate tools
  • Can maintain composure and handle frequent change or unexpected disruptions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Good MVR and valid driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-4:30pm

Pay: $22-$24 DOE
