Job Title: Care Partner Memory Care

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Bethesda Gardens, a leading provider of senior care services. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and dignity of our residents with memory care needs.

Job Summary:

The Care Partner will provide personalized care and assistance to residents, promoting their independence and quality of life. This is a full-time position with various shifts available, offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care and assistance to residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with medication management and vital sign monitoring.
  • Document resident changes and unusual occurrences in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Participate in resident care planning and implementation.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure resident needs are met.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry duties.
  • Respond to resident call lights and emergencies.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Certification in nursing assistance or related field desired.
  • CPR and First Aid certification required.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
