POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE


Under the guidance of the Director of Human Resources, the HR Operations Specialist will oversee the daily activities of the HR department. This role involves supporting the creation and execution of an innovative and effective recruitment strategy, managing employee data processes, overseeing time and attendance systems, coordinating benefits, and handling various day-to-day projects.
