Key Responsibilities

  2. Documenting all assumptions and methodologies utilized in the development of financial plans and forecasts.
  3. Identifying opportunities for process enhancements and reporting improvements to boost operational efficiency.
  4. Creating effective financial templates tailored to various business models and requirements.
  5. Securing actual data relevant for both vertical and horizontal financial analysis.
  6. Delivering insightful analytics that compare actual performance against estimates, plans, and historical data.
  7. Preparing and analyzing reports on volume, pricing, costs, and productivity, while highlighting key factors and potential risks.
  8. Recognizing discrepancies in financial performance and assessing their implications on year-end results.
  9. Communicating any significant deviations from the forecast and identifying associated risks and opportunities.
  10. Compiling reports on production, purchases, and inventory movements to evaluate performance against targets.
  11. Monitoring expenses and revenues in relation to budget forecasts and analyzing variances.
  12. Ensuring the monthly reporting package accurately reflects financial figures and provides valuable insights.
  13. Overseeing the validation of all financial reports distributed to various business units.
  14. Assisting in the preparation of presentation materials and various reporting packages required by the FP&A team.
  15. Conducting monthly business unit reviews to ensure accountability for financial performance.
  16. Supporting ad hoc reporting and analysis requests from senior management and business units.
  17. Promoting continuous improvement in planning, forecasting, and reporting processes.
  18. Organizing and managing all templates, schedules, reports, and supporting documents for team use.
  19. Sharing expertise and knowledge with other members of the FP&A team.

Requirements

A Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy is required, along with a minimum of four years of experience in various finance and accounting roles.
