Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive evaluations of pediatric patients to identify their physical therapy requirements.

  • Employ diverse therapeutic methods and modalities to enhance patients' physical capabilities and overall functionality.
  • Inform patients and their families about treatment protocols, home exercise regimens, and recovery strategies.

  • Maintain precise and timely records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress documentation.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in pediatric physical therapy and engage in ongoing educational opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist.
  • Experience in pediatric physical therapy, ideally in an outpatient environment.
  • Strong understanding of pediatric developmental milestones and conditions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
