Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist B2B Work

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer orders, including scheduling delivery dates and providing status updates
  • Expedite internal processes to ensure timely delivery and resolve order issues
  • Prepare sales quotations and handle electronic order flow
  • Coordinate special requirements like invoicing, packing and labeling with relevant departments
  • Maintain customer instructions and ensure compliance with vendor agreements
  • Monitor pricing discrepancies, credit matters and chargebacks
  • Stay updated on export compliance and international shipping regulations
  • Collaborate with brand managers, and sales team to meet customer needs and understand market demands and dynamics
  • Work closely with credit analysts to facilitate timely shipment of customer orders
Requirements:
  • Proficient use of Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Salesforce and ERP systems
  • Significant knowledge of product offerings
  • Knowledge of the sales process (market and sales cycle knowledge)
  • Exceptional planning, organization and prioritizing skills
  • Analytical thinking skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Export compliance experience
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
  • Must be able to relate to all different types of people from different cultures and backgrounds
What We Offer:

Red Wing Brands of America is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We offer a competitive salary range of $47,900 - $62,300 depending on qualifications, as well as opportunities for advancement. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and job location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, competencies, experience, and relevant education, training or a combination of these things and market demand.

Employees can work remotely but must reside within a commutable distance to Red Wing, MN to attend the occasional meeting. We are a drug-free workplace and will not be using recruitment agencies or firms to fill this position. No agency calls please.
