Construction Manager III

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager III to oversee the construction of solar farms on behalf of our client. This is a 1-year contract assignment that requires a strong leader with excellent technical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and oversight to solar farm construction crews
- Act as a liaison between construction contractors and project managers
- Support day-to-day operations, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget are met
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience with Primavera (P6) scheduling software (a plus)
- Strong safety background and understanding of safety protocols
- At least 10 years of experience in managing construction projects in the renewables sector
- Leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Team-oriented mindset and a strong culture of collaboration
- Valid driver's license for on-site work and travel between project locations
- PMI or PMP certification (a plus)
What We Offer:
- Per diem offered at GSA rate to non-local candidates outside of an 80-mile radius
- Fleet trucks available for each project to use on-site
- Travel to location with own vehicle
