Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Counselor to join our team at Knute Nelson. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to meet occupancy goals and promoting our communities and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage prospective residents through various sales tactics, including lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Develop and maintain authentic relationships with prospects and families.
  • Collaborate with our clinical team to schedule assessments and determine appropriate levels of care.
  • Work with the operations team to resolve resident challenges and concerns.
  • Develop professional relationships with healthcare professionals to drive referrals.
  • Manage events to promote our communities and drive new inquiries.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience required.
  • Able to physically perform the duties required by the position.
  • Required to have the ability to read, write, and speak English well enough to communicate with staff, residents, and visitors.
