About the Role

As a Style Consultant at Target, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional guest experience and driving sales through strong product knowledge and visual merchandising skills. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and inspiring shopping environment, ensuring the sales floor is set and replenished with the right products, and providing personalized recommendations to guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create a welcoming experience for guests by authentically greeting and engaging with them
  • Observe and respond to guest needs, using available tools to offer solutions and drive sales
  • Stay current on trends and brand guides, executing visual standards and visual merchandising guides to create an inviting shopping environment
  • Be knowledgeable about products and services, using this expertise to solve guest questions and improve their experience
  • Support changes to product assortment and maintain a brand space that is inspiring to guests
  • Ensure regular and promotional signing is set accurately and be knowledgeable of products on promotion
  • Execute revisions, sales plans, and planograms for defined categories
  • Complete Radio Frequency ID (RFID) scans and system audit functions to ensure inventory accuracy
  • Own and maintain organization of backroom aisles, inclusive of backstock and locating items for your areas
  • Prioritize guest interaction and engagement while balancing task execution
