  • Act as a brand representative for UFC Gym
  • Deliver safe and effective MMA training experiences
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of training areas
  • Additional Duties
  • Comply with all payment processing protocols
  • Follow the UFC Gym Employee Handbook
  • Record daily training activities for accountability
  • Possess comprehensive knowledge of club facilities and services
  • Adhere to the schedule established by the MMA Manager
Organizational Relationships:

The MMA Training Specialist will report directly to the MMA Manager and collaborate with club members and staff.

Qualifications:
  • Extensive knowledge of Private Training methodologies
  • Familiarity with dotFIT program and software
  • Ability to operate various Fitness Equipment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Customer service-oriented with a positive demeanor
  • Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Outgoing, self-driven, and focused on customer satisfaction
  • Experience Requirements:
  • Current CPR/AED certification
  • Certification acknowledged by UFC Gym / Professional or Amateur fighting background
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Preferred degree in a fitness-related field
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience

Physical Demands:

Regularly required to stand and engage in physical activities

- Ability to lift heavy weights, squat, bend, and reach- Must be capable of lifting and moving weights exceeding 45 pounds
