We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an N9 Training Specialist at Prevailance, Inc.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide technical training and instructional services for Expeditionary Warfare Training Group Pacific (EWTGP) as an N9 Training Specialist. This role requires a strong background in curriculum development, instructional design, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver high-quality instructional products, including curriculum and training materials.
- Provide technical training and support to military personnel, including instructor training and curriculum development.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and deliver training programs that meet the needs of EWTGP.
- Operate independently, planning, scheduling, and executing projects and programs.
- Represent the command at various conferences and meetings on matters under the cognizance of the N9 Learning Standards Directorate.
- Translate tasking into specific actions and execute them in a manner that achieves the objectives within scheduled guidance.
- Perceive emerging problems and take appropriate action.
- Enter curriculum into the Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) and the Marine Corps Training Instructional Management System (MCTIMS) authoring systems.
- Train military instructors in the use of command-directed authoring systems (AIM / MCTIMS).
- Exhibit a high degree of judgment, resourcefulness, originality, and the ability to foresee the impact of changing technology on Programs of Instruction.
- Enter data and run reports from Navy and Marine Corps training databases (CeTARs / MCTIMS).
- Occasionally travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft (less than 5% of the time and most often within a 50-mile commuting distance to support training at bases within the Southwest region).
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Exhibit a high degree of judgment, resourcefulness, originality, and the ability to foresee the impact of changing technology on Programs of Instruction.
- Ability to enter data and run reports from Navy and Marine Corps training databases (CeTARs / MCTIMS).
- Able to occasionally travel away from the normal duty station on military or commercial aircraft (less than 5% of the time and most often within a 50-mile commuting distance to support training at bases within the Southwest region).
