Nurse Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Maple Manor Christian Home Inc. as a Charge Nurse.
Job Summary:The Charge Nurse is responsible for the supervision of the total nursing activity of a specified area during the tour of duty. This includes delegating responsibility to nursing personnel for the direct care of specific residents, based on their psychological, social, spiritual, and physical needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the care of residents, ensuring that each receives treatment, medications, diet, and other therapies as prescribed.
- Plan and supervise rehabilitative and restorative programs, in conjunction with the Director of Nursing, to help residents reach their maximum level of function.
- Maintain accurate and complete medical records, including observations, medications, and treatments.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care.
- Participate in educational classes and continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
- Current license of good standing in Indiana.
- Evidence of good health, grooming, maturity, and emotional stability.
- Possess leadership and organizational abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish good interpersonal relationships.
