Career Opportunity:

The Flooring Installation Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the successful installation of various types of flooring and subflooring in our modular units.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and prepare surfaces for flooring installation
  • Follow instructions for the installation of flooring materials, including vinyl, LVT, ceramic tile, and carpet
  • Cut materials to specifications with accuracy
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of previous experience in a related field
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and math skills
  • Dependability and a positive attitude

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and kneeling
  • Ability to lift 70 pounds at a time
