The successful candidate will be responsible for installing water, vent, and waste pipe, as well as appliances and fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and dishwashers in modular units.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Installing pipes for water and gas
  • Assembling pipe sections, tubing, and fittings using coupling, clamps, screws, bolts, cements, plastic solvents, caulking, or soldering
  • Assembling fittings and valves for installation
  • Installing appliances and fixtures to modular units
  • Measuring, cutting, threading, and bending pipes to required angles using hand and power tools, or machines
  • Following instructions on installation
  • Testing plumbing systems for leaks and other problems
