Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Inventory Clerk to manage the inventory of all supplies and products that come in at our docks until it is installed in a module.

This includes ensuring accurate inventory receipt, organized physical products, timely replenishment, and regular issuing to our various production teams.

Responsibilities
  • Physically and electronically receive materials for production
  • Label and maintain job-specific and standard materials
  • Unpackage and stock product on warehouse shelves
  • Regularly cycle count and audit existing inventory for accuracy
  • Report discrepancies between physical counts and computer records
  • Kit and issue materials to the production floor on a regular schedule
  • Monitor and notify procurement team of stock outs
  • Track expiration dates and insure first-in. first-out (FIFO) usage
  • Remove and replace obsolete inventory as standards evolve
  • Regular interaction with outside suppliers to resolve problems or needs
Desired Experience:
  • Experience managing inventory in a manufacturing setting
  • Attention to detail to ensure accurate inventory records
  • Computer skills and experience working within an ERP system
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and set effective priorities
  • A customer service mindset when dealing with internal and external customers
  • Forklift experience beneficial
