Your Role: As a Lead Fund Accounting Specialist, you will be an integral part of our Fund Administration team, contributing to our commitment to excellence and professional growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for clients, encompassing financial data, performance metrics, property operations, and variance assessments.
  • Calculate and analyze various performance returns, providing insightful comparisons to established benchmarks.
  • Evaluate property budgets and assist in the formulation of the fund/account's annual budget and strategic business plan.
  • Determine suitable cash distributions in alignment with property objectives and the strategic plans of the fund/account.
  • Prepare, review, and interpret accounting records, financial statements, and related documents to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to reporting standards, while ensuring compliance with IM and JV agreements.


Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate accounting and analysis is essential.
  • Proficiency in Excel is necessary; experience with Yardi software is an advantage.
