Behavioral Health Therapist Professional

Job SummaryThe successful candidate will provide outpatient mental health services, including psychotherapy using evidence-based practices, as well as case management to eliminate mental health barriers to employment and enhance emotional well-being. This role is ideal for a highly motivated and empathetic individual who is passionate about making a positive impact on people's lives.
Main Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive assessments, including biopsychosocial evaluations, and collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans.
- Cultivate relationships with local resources and families to ensure seamless support and effective case management.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system, adhering to all applicable standards and agency guidelines.
- Interface with adjunct services to deliver holistic care and support to clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for oral and written communications with teams, supervisors, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and participate in regular team meetings and supervision sessions.
- Pursue ongoing professional development through in-service trainings and workshops.
- A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- A valid California clinical license (LCSW).
- A minimum of two years of post-master's degree experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a community clinic or mental health agency serving diverse populations.
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- We offer a competitive salary range of $105,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
