About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Health Services Coordinator to join our team at Advantage Behavioral Health Network. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport clients to and from treatment facilities, ensuring timely arrival and departure.
  • Monitor client safety and security, providing a supportive and non-judgmental environment.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to develop and implement treatment plans that cater to individual needs.
  • Administer Urine Analysis and breathalyzer tests as required, promoting a safe and healthy environment for all clients.
  • Conduct searches of clients at intake and assist with completing necessary paperwork.
  • Manage company keys and maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to client needs and concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, progress, and any notable events.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mental Health or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1-4 years' experience working in a mental health treatment facility.
  • Valid driver's license and current CPR certification.
  • Narcan training preferred (training provided by Victory Bay upon hiring).

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
