About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Print Production Manager to join our team at ARC Document Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire manufacturing process, from scheduling to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Workflow Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from kickoff to completion, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and support a team of production staff, providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality output.
  • Client and Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors, ensuring excellent communication and customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels and coordinate purchasing requests to ensure efficient production.
  • Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality control systems to ensure high-quality output and identify areas for process improvement.
  • Production Tracking: Maintain accurate production records and analyze results to optimize production processes.
  • Employee Scheduling: Ensure timely project completion and manage employee schedules to meet production demands.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in large format print production management or supervisory role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Onyx RIP, Outlook, and Microsoft Suite.
  • Knowledge: Solid working knowledge of large format printing equipment, finishing processes, and materials.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills.
