Key Responsibilities

As a Service Technician for the installation of cryogenic equipment, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and servicing of devices for customers worldwide. This includes the assembly, installation, and commissioning of cryogenic devices at our production facility in Gera.

You will independently handle tasks, including technical evaluations and communication with superiors. Additionally, you will gather customer requirements for applications and provide online support. Your tasks will also include testing and validating our devices and conducting training for users.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have completed vocational training or have a degree in mechatronics, industrial mechanics, or electrical engineering. You will also have knowledge of computer and office programs, as well as a strong practical and technical understanding and be creative in solving technical problems.

You will have a customer-oriented and open-minded approach, and be willing to spend half of your working time on business trips worldwide. Fluency in German and good English skills are also required.
