  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues using advanced troubleshooting techniques and tools.
  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and control systems.
  • Work with programmable logic controllers (PLCs) and write, install, and troubleshoot ladder logic.
  • Collaborate with engineers and other maintenance personnel to develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment and facilities to identify potential issues and prevent downtime.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes and reduce costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial maintenance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs and ladder logic.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering sketches, and designs.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree or certification preferred.
