Infosys is seeking a Senior SAP S/4 HANA Production and Quality Management Consultant

In this pivotal role, you will lead the engagement efforts for various assignments, guiding the process from business analysis and problem identification to solution architecture, development, and implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in defining challenges and discovering comprehensive solutions, while also mentoring teams on project methodologies and deliverables. As a recognized authority in your field, you will serve as a primary advisor during architecture and design evaluations. You will spearhead business development initiatives, facilitate client training, and contribute to internal capability enhancement. This position offers the chance to create impactful consulting solutions that assist our clients in adapting to the evolving global market.

Essential Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution. Alternatively, three years of progressive experience in the relevant field may be considered in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available at this time.
  • This role may involve travel to various project or client sites.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with at least three complete S4HANA implementations in the PPQM domain.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a diverse team environment with multiple stakeholders.
  • Desire and experience working in a global delivery setting.
  • Comprehensive implementation experience in SAP PP, with a thorough understanding of the following modules within SAP S4HANA PP:
    • Master Data – Materials, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Tools, Variant Configuration (Class, Characteristics, and their Assignments)
    • Planning & Forecasting - MRP
    • Production Processes and corresponding SAP Solutions – Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban
    • Capacity Planning
    • Integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES)
    • Management and execution of Production Orders, including availability checks, batch determination, confirmations, WIP processing, reporting, and settlement
    • Integration with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP PP, and SAP FICO (Product Costing)
    • Familiarity with SAP QM (Quality Management) is a plus, including:
      • Quality Information Records
      • Quality Inspection Plans
      • Usage Decisions
      • Recording Inspection Results
      • Inventory Movements for Items Under Inspection
      • Disposal and Scrap Management
    • A strong interest in working within a management consulting environment that necessitates regular travel.

This position may require extensive travel and involves prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer. Candidates should possess effective communication skills for interactions via telephone, email, or in-person.
