Essential Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or its international equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the field in lieu of each year of education.
  • A minimum of 11 years of experience in Information Technology.
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with at least three full-cycle S4HANA implementations in the PPQM domain.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within diverse teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Desire to engage in a global delivery environment.
  • Comprehensive implementation experience in SAP PP, with a deep understanding of the following modules in SAP S4HANA PP:
    • Master Data Management – Materials, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Tools, Variant Configuration.
    • Planning & Forecasting – MRP.
    • Production Processes and SAP Solutions – Standard, Remanufacturing, Rebuild, Foundry, Repetitive, Kanban.
    • Capacity Planning.
    • Integration with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).
    • Production Order Management & Execution, including availability checks, batch determination, confirmation, WIP processing, reporting, and settlement.
    • Collaboration with other SAP modules such as SAP SD, SAP PP, and SAP FICO (Product Costing).
    • Experience in SAP QM (Quality Management) is advantageous.
    • Knowledge of Quality Info Records, Inspection Plans, Usage Decisions, and Inventory Movement for items under inspection.
    • Experience in Disposal and Scrap Management.
    • A willingness to work in a management consulting environment that involves regular travel.

This position may require significant travel and involves extended periods of sitting and working at a computer. Effective communication skills, whether by phone, email, or in-person, are essential.
