Key Responsibilities of the Fleet and Parts Coordinator
The Fleet and Parts Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Managing inventory levels of parts and materials in the warehouse
  • Ensuring service trucks are stocked with necessary parts
  • Conducting regular inventory audits
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment
  • Ordering parts and materials as needed
  • Receiving and verifying parts orders for accuracy
  • Processing returns of parts
  • Ensuring all equipment is maintained in optimal condition
  • Issuing tools and equipment to technicians
  • Coordinating maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles
  • Tracking company equipment locations
  • Maintaining fleet management software
  • Assisting technicians with special orders and locating parts
  • Delivering parts to job sites as required
  • Staying informed on pricing to control costs
  • Communicating with vendors regarding warranty and operational issues
  • Timely ordering of required parts to meet project deadlines
