Key Responsibilities of the Parts & Fleet Coordinator
The Parts & Fleet Coordinator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining optimal inventory levels of parts and materials in the warehouse
  • Ensuring service trucks are stocked with necessary parts
  • Conducting inventory audits
  • Keeping the warehouse organized, clean, and secure
  • Ordering parts and materials as needed
  • Receiving and verifying parts orders for accuracy
  • Auditing orders to ensure correctness
  • Processing returns of parts
  • Ensuring all equipment is well-maintained and visually appealing
  • Issuing tools and equipment to technicians
  • Overseeing maintenance schedules for fleet vehicles
  • Tracking company equipment locations
  • Maintaining fleet management software
  • Assisting technicians with special orders and locating parts
  • Delivering parts to job sites as required
  • Staying informed on pricing to minimize costs
  • Communicating with vendors regarding warranty and operational issues
  • Timely ordering of required parts to meet project deadlines
