Key Responsibilities:
  • Professional Team Coordination: Efficiently coordinate and oversee activities with a diverse team of external professionals to ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of multiple entities.
  • Leadership Support: Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and external teams, managing communication to ensure timely and accurate information flow across all entities.
  • Schedule Management: Strategically maintain and balance the CEO's calendar to optimize both professional and personal time, accommodating the needs of multiple roles.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in the execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions, public relations efforts, and other key projects.
