RidewNow Powersports is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Harley-Davidson Parts Counter Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and selling parts to our valued customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with customers and technicians to identify required parts and provide accurate quotes.
  • Sell parts and accessories to customers, with a focus on upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Process catalog requests and ensure timely delivery of parts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service over the phone and in-person, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Receive and account for all incoming parts, ensuring accurate inventory management.
  • Provide cost of parts for customers and ensure accurate pricing and promotions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized parts display area, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Update customers on all orders and ensure they are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a powersports dealership or retail sales environment.
  • Proven sales experience and ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with stocking and organizing parts inventory, as well as experience with Point-of-Sale and computerized inventory systems.
  • Ability to look up parts and quote prices using the proper catalog.
  • Experience utilizing Dealer Management Tools, such as CDK or Lightspeed.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, product knowledge, and enthusiasm for Harley-Davidson.
  • Attention to detail and ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts.
  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check, MVR, and drug screen.
