Job Title: Registered Nurse - Infusion Clinic

Elevance Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as an Infusion Clinic Nurse. In this role, you will be responsible for administering ordered therapies to patients, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administer ordered therapies according to prescriber orders, facility protocols, and company policies.
  • Perform physical assessments on patients as warranted and for new consults.
  • Document all pertinent data in the patient's medical record.
  • Report significant changes or observations to the Center Director and follow up on any problems identified.
  • Evaluate patient response to therapy and document findings in the medical record.
  • Educate patients and/or family members regarding therapy plans.
Requirements:
  • ASN or ADN degree and a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
  • Current unrestricted RN license in applicable state.
  • Multi-state licensure required if providing services in multiple states.
  • Satisfactory completion of a Tuberculosis test and Hepatitis B vaccine or signed waiver.
Preferred Skills:
  • 2+ years of experience with IV administration.
  • Port, PICC, and peripheral line experience.
  • Medication mixing experience.
  • Titration experience.
  • BSN degree.
  • Multi-state license.
