Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our dynamic treatment team in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Registered Nurse with Milan Laser Company, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding results in laser hair removal.
Key Responsibilities- Perform Laser Hair Removal Treatments: Conduct all laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations.
- Client Care: Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve company objectives.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and clear medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records.
- Environment Maintenance: Ensure a clean and professional work environment, including preparation of the treatment room between patients.
- Laser Maintenance: Perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure optimal functionality.
- Active RN License: Possess an active, unencumbered RN license.
- Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel for training, if required.
- Patient Care: Demonstrate a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
- Communication Skills: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confidentiality: Maintain highly confidential information.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for up to 9 hours a day, lift up to 50 pounds, and visually assess clients' skin.
