Job Summary

The Center Director will be a key member of the Mathnasium team, responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of a Mathnasium Learning Center. This includes managing profit and loss, customer service, hiring and training staff, optimizing the enrollment process, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities to schools and the surrounding community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Marketing
    • Sell the Mathnasium program to parents and students, generating a steady stream of new enrollments.
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and improve team performance.
  • Center Operations
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of the center, including staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance.
    • Develop and implement processes to optimize enrollment, curriculum delivery, and marketing activities.
  • Staff Management
    • Recruit, select, train, and develop highly engaged instructors and staff.
    • Develop a team culture that fosters a love of learning and math education.
  • Student Success
    • Ensure the Mathnasium Method is utilized for all student instruction.
    • Develop and implement customized learning plans for each student.
    • Conduct student assessments and communicate progress to parents.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in education, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
    • Experience with staff management and development.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.

Compensation

$45,000 - $55,000 per year
