We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Engineer to join our team at Walter P Moore. As a Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and analyzing structures to ensure they are safe and efficient.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform structural computations and analysis for concrete, steel, and other structures
  • Create analysis models and interpret results for 2D and 3D structural frames
  • Assist with construction administrative tasks, including site visits and shop drawing review
  • Understand load paths for gravity and lateral loads and calculate applicable loads based on building codes
  • Assist with design drawings, quantities, cost estimates, specifications, reports, and other project deliverables
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Civil Engineering with emphasis in Structural Engineering
  • 4-8 years of experience
  • P.E. license in your resident state required
  • Experience with Revit, Rhino, or Grasshopper is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
