About the Role

The Community Testing Specialist is a key member of our Prevention & Intervention Department, working closely with community-based organizations and healthcare providers to deliver essential services to vulnerable populations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive HIV, HCV, and STI testing services, including counseling and referrals as needed.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community-based organizations and healthcare providers to enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in community outreach, social services, or public health.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; completion of HIV or HCV pre/post Test Counseling and phlebotomy is preferred but not necessary.
